Proven Executive Leadership
Chris Resich formed CR Consulting LLC to assist owners or managers of businesses which are underperforming or seek to grow and improve profitability. Chris is bringing over 30 years of leadership experiece at the Executive level in several industries: Travel and Leisure, Financial Services and Retail. His career includes management positions at a large corporation, American Express, as well as entrepreneurial roles as an owner or part-owner in medium-size companies. Chris has also been active in the business community, serving as a Chairman of the Board of the Hawaii Visitors and Convention Bureau, Chairman of the Board of the Hawaii Chamber of Commerce, and Chairman of the Aloha United Way Hawaii State campaign.
Proven Business Model
In working with company's owners and/or managers, Chris will utilize an effective business model to analyze company's performance and to create a strategic and management plan to achieve desired improvements. In this process, Chris will rely on his experience as a member of a management team at American Express which qualified as a finalist in the Malcolm Baldridge National Quality Award contest. He will also draw from his successes in building sustainable growth and profitability in smaller, entrepreneurial companies.
